PURPOSE:To facilitate attachment and detachment in a short time before cleaning, repair, and exchange by making a pair of discharge electrodes sheetlike or filmy which is installed in a mount member for a discharge electrode attachably and detachably. CONSTITUTION:A pair of discharge electrodes 1, 3 are made filmy and installed in their mount member 21 attachably and detachably. For example, the filmy electrodes 1, 3 are rolled each at both ends and fitted into grooves 17, 19 provided in both faces of insulators 5, 7: this part is held down by a plurality of electrode fittings 21. This process simplifies the work of detaching the discharge electrodes 1, 3 from the mount member 21 or attaching them to it before cleaning, repair, and exchange, so that even other than experts can make this work easily or in a short time. |
