PURPOSE:To attain a transmitting procedure in two steps of operations by giving the transmitting destination parameter information to a transmitting procedure symbol which starts the transmission of data. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting destination parameter holding part 4 is provided to hold the parameters of the transmitting destination address, etc., for each transmitting procedure symbol. A user selects a date symbol that refers to the transmission data on a display device to be transmitted through a symbol pointing part 6. Then the part 6 gives an instruction to the transmitting procedure symbol to which a desired transmitting parameter to be transmitted is set. Thus it is possible in two steps of operations to transmit the transmission data to which the data symbol pointed with the parameters of the transmitting destination address, etc., set at the part 4 refers.
