The interchangeable tertiary electronic circuit records at the daily twenty-fourth hour determined by the primary circuit which gives the exact hour, minute and date in civil time of the various times spent per activity and by activity totalled by the counters of the secondary circuit by way of switches and an adjustable timer for the part-time activities, as well as weekly and monthly for the total of time worked and at rest weekly. Successive display on a digital display dial of the various times fetched and recorded with daily summaries classified from 0 to 5 corresponding to the activities relative to the various rests, with the option of detecting any irregularity in work management by way of an independent electronic circuit programmable in accordance with collective agreements. Invention intended for persons whose activities do not have fixed hours; road-vehicle drivers, ambulance men.
