PURPOSE:To obtain the subject lightweight concrete panel capable of keeping an excellent-mixture state of a lightweight aggregate during setting by charging a concrete slurry containing a lightweight aggregate and a setting regulator in a frame mold and carrying out reaction curing. CONSTITUTION:Potassium carbonate as a setting regulator is initially admixed with a concrete slurry containing perlite as a lightweight aggregate and the concrete slurry 11 is then heated to 25-35 deg.C followed by charging the concrete slurry 11 of this temperature in a frame mold 12. In this charging, the slurry 11 has a sufficient fluidity because of the setting regulator contained therein and of the slurry temperature kept to 25-35 deg.C and the lightweight aggregate 13 is uniformly dispersed therefor. Setting of the slurry 11 is then carried out, thus obtaining the objective lightweight concrete panel containing the lightweight aggregate 13 uniformly dispersed in the concrete. |
