PURPOSE:To obtain a coated automobile member improved in the adhesion of coating agent and mechanical strengths by directly forming a coating film on the surface of a molded automobile part comprising a specified resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. propylene/ ethylene block copolymer having an MFR of 1-200g/10min, an ethylene content of 3-21wt.% and a content abnormal temperature xylene solubles with an ethylene content of 20-70wt.% of 4-30wt.% with 20-125 pts.wt. at least one member selected from among an ethylene elastomer, a hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer and a hydrogenated styrene/isoprene block copolymer, 0.1-25 pts.wt. ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or ionomer prepared by neutralizing at least part of its carboxyl groups with transition metal cations, 7-75 pts.wt. filler selected from, e.g. talc of a specific surface area of 37000cm<2>/g or above, a length of 15mum or below, a mean particle diameter of 0.8-3mum and an aspect ratio of 5 or below, and 0.01-25 pts.wt. (hydrogenated) hydroxyl- terminated diene polymer. This composition is molded, and a coating film is directly formed on the surface of the molding to obtain the title component. |
