PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition comprising a 2-nitro-5-(substituted phenoxy) benzohydroximic acid derivative, 1, 3-dimethyl-4-(2, 4-dichloro-3- methylbenzoyl)-5-(4-methylphenacyloxy) pyrazole, etc., as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The herbicide composition for paddy fields comprises compound of formulas I, II and III, respectively ratio of 1:1-100:1-100. In the preparation of the composition, the active ingredients are mixed with a solid carrier (e.g. clay, bentonite, zeolite), liquid carrier (e.g. kerosene, xylene), a surfactant and various auxiliaries, and shaped into granules, an emulsion, a hydrate, a flowable agent, etc. The composition exhibits a high herbicidal activity against a wide variety of weeds such as Panicum crusgalli, Scirpus, and Cyperus in such a dose as not considered by each component alone; and besides it is completely harmless to rice plant grown on flooded nursery. |
