发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ALLOY POWDER FOR RARE EARTH ELEMENT-TRANSITION METAL MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To unnecessitate dehydrogenation and to obtain a sintered magnet contg. a small amt. of residual hydrogen by using an inert gaseous atmosphere contg. a specified amt. of hydrogen when an RE-Fe-B type magnet alloy having a specified compsn. is roughly crushed with hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:An alloy ingot contg., by atom, 10-25% RE (one or more among Y and lanthanoids), 2-15% B and 60-88%, in total, of 10-73% Fe, 7-50% Co and 5-30% Ni is exposed to an inert gaseous atmosphere contg. 3-70vol.% hydrogen to absorb hydrogen in the ingot and this ingot is crushed. The resulting coarse alloy powder is directly pulverized without carrying out dehydrogenation.
