Cultivation containers comprise a parallel-sided strip of synthetic resinous plastics material 1 which has two symmetrical portions 2 and 3 on which a plurality of transversely positioned troughs 8 and 8<SP>1</SP> are formed at intervals along its length, the troughs extending from one longitudinal edge of the strip to the other, said strip having a plurality of locking tenons 4, 5, 6 and 7 in corresponding positions adjacent to its longitudinal edges and being folded about a perforated centre line 13 such that the troughs of the portion 2 overlie those of the portion 3 to define a plurality of containers 15. The containers 15 have an open top 16 and a base 17 which is closed by the portions 18 and 19 meeting at the folding line 13.</p> |
