<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a treatment agent simultaneously performing desulfurization, denitration and dehydrohalogenation by a method wherein slaked lime, a sulfuric acid compound or the like are added to coal ash to mold the resulting mixture and the molded mixture is subjected to hydration treatment and heat treatment to obtain an exhaust gas treatment agent and slaked lime is added to and mixed with the used exhaust gas treatment agent. CONSTITUTION:A substance (e.g., slaked lime) capable of supplying Ca oxide is added to coal ash and, further, one or more kind of a substance selected from a group consisting of substances capable of supplying a sulfuric acid compound, a halogen element compound, sulfide and alkali metal hydroxide is added thereto and the resulting mixture is subjected to hydration treatment in hot water or steam as it is or after molding and the treated one is used as an exhaust gas treatment agent or heat-treated at 30 deg.C or higher to obtain the exhaust gas treatment agent. The used exhaust treatment agent and a substance capable of supplying Ca oxide are mixed to be subjected to hydration treatment and the treated mixture is used as it is or heat-treated at 50-500 deg.C before use. As a result, an exhaust gas treatment agent capable of simultaneously performing desulfurization, denitration and dehydrohalogenation can be obtained.</p> |
