The construction according to the invention is produced from prefabricated elements (A, B) which include two end faces (1), a reinforcement (2) in at least one of their end faces (1), and at least one hole (6) extending between their upper (4) and lower (5) faces. According to the invention, the holes (6) of the elements (A) have a cross-section substantially equal to that of the cavities (hollowings) (10) which are delimited by the reinforcements (2) of two adjacent elements (A, B) of any one row. Moreover, the elements (A, B) of two successive rows are offset with respect to each other in such a way that the cavities (10) made between the elements (A, B) of the upper row are substantially in the prolongation of at least some of the holes (6) of the elements (A) of the lower row.
