<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject concrete for wiping, excellent in fluidity and free from deterioration of materials under a condition of high temperatures by adding water to a mixture of cement, a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a binder and a fine powder and kneading the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:An objective concrete is obtained by blending cement with a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, a binder and a fine powder, adding water thereto and kneading the resultant mixture. If the above-mentioned method is used, the specific surface area of the concrete particles is increased due to the fine powder contained in the concrete. Resistance to separation between concrete materials and binding strength between mutual concrete particles are improved thereby and fluidity of the concrete is also improved. When the above-mentioned concrete is used for wiping the wall surface of a tunnel, the concrete is spread to the four corners of concave parts on the wall surface of the tunnel therefor. In addition, the concrete is strongly bonded to the wall surface of the tunnel since the concrete is free from deterioration even under a circumstance of high temperature.</p> |
