PURPOSE:To fill solventless resin positively into voids among straight anglelike conductors and improve reliability by a method wherein an insulator inserted among the conductors is formed by mounting collected mica layers on both surfaces of a noncompressible core material, and the solventless resin is impregnated at the same time as an insulating layer of a coil. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 4 is inserted among the rows of straight anglelike conductors 2. The insulator 4 is formed by mounting collected mica layers 6 on both surfaces of a noncompressible core material 5 such as a high-molecular film. Fibriform reinforcing materials 7 may be installed on the surfaces of the collected mica layers 6. Solventless resin is also impregnated to the collected mica layers 6 at the same time as the solventless resin is impregnated to an insulating layer of a coil. Thus, the resin can be impregnated and held positively to the voids of the corner sections of straight anglelike conductors 2, and the reliability of insulation can be improved. |
