Tank with modularly alterable capacity, made of moulded plastic. It results from the assembly of modules (1) which each constitute a chamber whose casing incorporates, on two opposite faces, two assembly means, namely a male assembly means (11, 12) on one face (10) and a female assembly means (21, 22) on the opposite face (20), it being possible for the male assembly means to consist of a cylinder (11) projecting from the face (10) of the module and provided with a screw thread (12), and the female assembly means of a cylindrical reinforcement (21) made in the face (20) of the module and provided with a screw thread (22), two modules being assembled together by screwing the projecting cylinder (11) into the cylindrical reinforcement (21). <IMAGE>
