<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in extrusion moldability and capable of producing extruded moldings excellent in fire resistance, water- proofness and strength properties by mixing a reinforcing fiber, an auxiliary agent for molding and water with an inorganic ceramics powder composed of mica, fumed silica, cement and an aggregate. CONSTITUTION:A composition composed of a uniform mixture obtained by adding 3-20 pts.wt. reinforcing fiber, 0.5-5 pts.wt. auxiliary agent for molding and 30-50 pts.wt. water to 100 pts.wt. inorganic ceramics powder composed of 10-30 pts.wt. mica, fumed silica in an amount of <=10 pts.wt., provided that the amount of the fumed silica is >=0.4 time the value obtained by decreasing 10 pts.wt. from the amount of the above-mixed mica and, as the remainder components, cement and aggregates. By extrusion molding the above-mentioned composition and hardening the resultant molding by autoclave curing, an extruded cement product useful as a building material can be obtained. The main purpose of the above-mentioned autoclave curing of the extruded molding is rapid manifestation of strength and improvement of dimensional stability.</p> |
