PURPOSE:To fill, charging article under normal state by a method wherein a bag, the square bottom of which is formed by inserting a forming plate on both sides of plate faces by doubling the bottom of the fanning plate, is inserted from above in an outer box so as to come into close contact with the inside of the box and, after the forming plate is released from the bag, article is charged and filled in the bag. CONSTITUTION:By strongly pushing a forming plate 2 inserted in a bag 1 against the bottom of the bag, the square bottom of the bag by forming a plane produced by spreading bent lines 4 and 4 on the plate faces 2a and 2b to both sides about the lower bottom 3 of the forming plate and triangular piece parts 6 and 6 are protrusively formed horizontally. By fitting an outer box 5 onto the bag 1 under the above-mentioned condition, the triangular piece parts 6 and 6 are bent onto the outside faces of the bag by contactingly sliding along the opposed upper edge parts of the outer box, resulting in bringing the bag internally close contact with the outer box. As a result, a square-bottomed bag is easily produced and, at the same time, the triangular piece parts, which are horizontally formed at the square bottom of the bag at the fitting of the outer box onto the bag, are bent without trouble to the bag side under the condition being slid in the outer box so as to bring the bag and the outer box in to an integrally close contact body, resulting in allowing to fill charging article under normal state. |
