In order to remove the exuded water coming from the cement grout (14) injected into a vertical sleeve (4) containing a tendon (prestressing reinforcement) (2) for a concrete construction (1), recourse is made to a tubular section (10) which includes a first cylindrical portion (11) suitable for giving passage to a section of the tendon and a second, likewise cylindrical, portion (12), which is off-centre with respect to the first, communicating laterally with the first over its entire length, closed at one of its axial ends (121) and prolonged axially at its other axial end by a slightly bent tube (13) which is sufficiently long to emerge on the outside of the concrete structure (1) to be prestressed. <IMAGE>
