PURPOSE:To dissipate adsorption heat when a fluid to be treated is adsorbed, and supply heat to an adsorptive material, in efficient manner by attaching a high heat-transmissive sheet tightly to the one surface of an adsorptive sheet containing an adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:A high sheet-transmissive sheet 3 such as a metal sheet of aluminum or copper is attached tightly to one surface of an adsorptive sheet 1 of adsorbent such as activated carbon or silica gel to form a laminated product. This design allows efficient dissipation of an adsorptive heat from a fluid to be treated and supply of heat from an adsorptive material. Subsequently, the adsorptive processing of a fluid containing a highly concentrated material to be adsorbed is possible and also the desorption of the material to be adsorbed using a desorption gas at low linear velocity is feasible. |
