PURPOSE:To disperse substances to be teated efficiently with a small quantity of dispersion catalysts by forming continuously a dispersion chamber circulating line between a plurality of cylindrical dispersion material adjoining through interstructures and outer walls encircling around the same and rotating respectively dispersion material in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:After an adequate quantity of dispersion catalysts is filled into a continuous dispersion chamber circulating line 3, the substances to be treated are introduced from an introducing opening 5, and the substances to be treated are fludized in the dispersion chamber circulating line 3 outside by rotating respective dispersion materials 1a-1c in the direction. The substances reach an interstructure 4a located between the adjoining dispersion material 1a and 1b, and move over to the adjoining material 1b side, further moving gradually, and moving around the outside of the dispersion material 1c located at the extreme end until the same reach the opposite side, again fluidizing between the dispersion material 1c-1a one by one. Eventually, the fluidizing substances to be treated pass from the location of an outlet cover 7 provided prior to the introducing opening 5 through a screen 6 and only the substances to be treated are removed from a discharge outlet 8 in a uniform dispersive state. |
