PURPOSE:To obtain a dichromatic copy of good quality without reference to the polarity of charging, by providing a subbing layer, containing lead phthalocyanine, between the conductive base and photoconductive layer of a photoreceptor having two photoconductive layers differing in sensitivity to color light. CONSTITUTION:With regard to an electrophotographic composite photoreceptor for taking a dichromatic copy of a multicolor original in one process of exposure, subbing layer 12 obtained by dispersing lead phthalocyanine pigment in a binder in 1:3-3:1 proportion is provided on conductive base 11 to a thickness of 0.05-5mum. On layer 12, the 1st photoconductive layer 13 is provided and on it, the 2nd photoconductive layer 15 is also provided. It is recommended to stop the leakage of charge by providing intermediate layer 14 containing a coloring agent which controls the sensitivity of layer 15 by cutting off the specific range of photosensitive wavelengths of the 1st photoconductive layer 13 between layers 13 and 15. Providing subbing layer 12 improves the copy quality without reference to the polarity of charge. |
