PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of creases by making the above seamless belts hard to stretch under a high temperature, by a method wherein a coating layer of synthetic having the high modulus of elasticity is formed on an etching- treated surface of a tube made of fluorine resin having thermoflowability, the inside of which is comprised by being etching-treated. CONSTITUTION:It is necessary that the inside of a tube made of thermoflowable fluorine resin is etching-treated and then a coating layer consisting mainly of synthetic resin having the high modulus of elasticity is formed. The etching treatment is easily treatable by a method wherein an alkaline metallic solution consisting mainly of metallic sodium or metallic sodium-naphthalene complex, for example, is filled for a fixed time or passed. The present method is a method where after a resin solution 2 is filled into a tube 1 by actions of nip rolls 3, 3 and a cylindrical guide 4, the tube 1 is taken off at a speed by passing the same through the cylindrical guide 4 and cut into appropriate size by a disklike cutter 5. With this construction, the resin solution 2 acts upon the inside of a long-sized tube semicontinuously. |
