PURPOSE:To realize high speed synchronization of the rotational phase of a motor with respect to a rotational phase reference signal by controlling the motor based oh the difference between the rotational phase of the motor and a substantial rotational phase reference signal having frequency N times as high as the rotational phase reference signal of motor and synchronized therewith and the difference between the rotational phase reference signal and the rotational phase signal of motor. CONSTITUTION:An address comparing circuit 7 compares reference phase data based on a frequency N times as high as that of a rotational phase reference signal and synchronized therewith with an actual rotational phase of a motor 100 and outputs the phase difference, as a substantial phase difference data, to a speed modulation circuit 8. The speed modulation circuit 8 then produces a phase control signal for bringing the rotational phase of the motor 100 into the referential state of the rotational phase reference signal and thus produced phase control signal is fed to a speed control circuit 9. The speed control circuit 9 produces a rotational speed correction amount for motor, i.e., a speed difference voltage, required for bringing the motor 10 into the rotational phase reference state and thus produced speed difference voltage is fed to an adder 10. The adder 10 is also fed with a phase difference voltage and produces a correction amount for setting the motor 100 at the rotational phase reference and thus produced correction amount is fed to the motor drive circuit 103. |
