PURPOSE:To reduce positional difference between both shafts by varying the gains of speed amplifiers for both shafts based on the position detection values of load on X-axis thereby maintaining the speed loop gain constant regardless of positional variation of load. CONSTITUTION:Inertia of load on motors M1, 7 and M2, 8 increases or decreases according to the positional variation of load on X-axis. If the gains of variable gain speed amplifiers 4, 5 are constant at that time, respective speed loop gains decrease or increase. Consequently, speed loop gains of respective shafts are maintained constant by varying the gains of the variable gain speed amplifiers 4, 5 according to the position of a load 13 on X-axis detected through a position detector 14. According to the constitution, transient positional difference between both shafts due to the difference of speed loop gain can be eliminated. |
