<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a winding by a small number of processes in a short period of time in the state of high degree of freedom of product design by a method wherein a plurality of winding groups, which are adaptable to a plurality of wiring materials, are provided on a wire-material feeding part or a coil-retaining device. CONSTITUTION:A coil-retainer 20, which can be opened or closed in radiating direction, is closed as far as to the outside diameter which does not come in contact with the inside diameter of a cylindrical core 10 even in the state wherein wire material is wound on outer circumference of the coil retainer. Then, the wire material is wound on the outer circumference of the coil retainer 20, and the retainer is inserted in the cylindrical core 10. Subsequently, the coil retainer 20 is opened in radiating direction, a coil 13, which is formed on the outer circumference of the coil retainer 20, is installed by pressing it to the groove 11 for winding on the inner circumference of the cylindrical core 10. At this time, a wire material feeding part and the winding groove 11 on the coil retainer are properly changed over. As a result, a plurality of kinds wire materials can be used, and a wiring can be installed in a short period of time.</p> |
