<p>PURPOSE:To operate a synchronization pulling-in operation in a sufficient short time at the time of the occurrence of a synchronization pull-out by controlling a generating state by an inhibit pulse outputted from a specific pattern detecting circuit by the second clock generating means. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a gate circuit 9 which controls the presence or absence of the input of the second clock to a reference pattern signal generator 6, based on a judged result from a synchronization judging circuit 7 and a coincidence pulse from a specific pattern detecting circuit 8. Moreover, this device is equipped with a reference pattern signal generator 6 which generates the reference pattern signal based on the second clock, and whose generating state is controlled by the judged result from the synchronization judging circuit 7, and a second clock generating means 20 whose second clock generating state is controlled by the inhibit pulse from the specific pattern detecting circuit 8. Thus, a code error measuring device by which the synchronization pull-in can be operated in the sufficiently short time at the time of the occurrence of the synchronization pull-out, can be obtained.</p> |
