PURPOSE:To insert-mold an insert piece in a specified position of a shoe sole by raising an insert piece by injection pressure to be pressed and held on the base of an upper mold, and insert-molding an insert piece in the upper surface of a shoe sole. CONSTITUTION:A shoe sole molding material is injection-introduced from an injection gate 12, and an insert piece (a) is raised by injection pressure, taking a partition wall for forming an insert chamber as a guidance wall 111 to be pressed and held on the base of an upper mold 2, thereby molding a shoe sole (b). At this time, piercing needles 21, 21... are projected opposite to the insert chamber 11 on the base of the upper mold 2, and while the insert piece (a) set in the insert chamber 11 is raised, it pierced by the piercing needles 21, 21.... When the shoe sole (b) is injection-molded, with the insert piece (a) held in a specified position of a bottom mold 1, the insert piece (a) can be correctly insert-molded according to a specified position on the upper surface of the shoe sole (b). |
