PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a ghost, by sealing an extensible metal in the through hole of a face plate and arranging a glass tip formed with a metallized face in a portion contacted to said extensible metal in front of the face plate. CONSTITUTION:Partially in the peripheral portion of the face plate 1, a throgh hole 1a is provided, in to which indium 15 having extensibility is sealed. In a rear side of the face plate 1, a transparent conductive film 8 and photoconductive film 9 are coated and formed connectedly to an end face of the indium 15. In a front side of the face plate 1 a light-permeable disc-shaped glass tip 16 is arranged, then a metallized face 16a, evaporation formed partially across peripheral and rear faces of the glass tip 16, is jointed to an end face of the indium 15. Taking out of a signal is performed by contacting a spring piece 18 to the peripheral metallized face of the glass tip 16. |
