PURPOSE:To relax shrinkage stress residual in a resin film, to prevent layers from separating off from each other due to the inner stress induced after a photovoltage device is separated off from a base, and to protect the layers against cracks by a method wherein the end of a previously prepared resin film is fixed. CONSTITUTION:A light transmitting and flexible resin film 12 is made to cover the whole surface of a fixing base 11, and the end of the resin film 12 is fixed to the base 11. That is, the resin film 12 is provided to the support base 11 not by the application of resin but by the fixing of the end of the previously prepared resin film 12 to the base 11. By this setup, shrinkage stress residual inside the resin film 12 is relaxed, so that the layers can be prevented from separating off from each other due to the inner stress induced after a photovoltaic device 9 is released from the base 11 and protected against cracks, in result a photovoltage device of this design can be improved in productivity. |
