The lock is for a spoked wheel to the frame of a bicycle etc., having a key-operated component inserted between the spokes and parallel to the hub. It comprises a tubular component (2) with U-shaped recesses (8) in the opposite walls at one end and a hooked plate (9) at the other. This fits between the arms (1,11) of the front or rear wheel fork, and so encloses them that, by means of a locking pin (4) inserted in it at the hooked plate end and a cylinder lock (5), it cannot be removed.
