PURPOSE:To facilitate modification of mounting parts and to reduce material cost and manpower by molding a driving circuit substrate, a stator core and a winding, individually, of thermosetting resin and providing a stator and a printed board with a bearing housing molded of thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A winding 3 is molded integrally with a stator core of thermosetting resin through an insulation layer 2 molded on the stator core 1 while simultaneously a bearing housing 5a is molded of a thermosetting resin at least one point on the end face side of the stator core 1 thus forming a stator 5. Furthermore, a bearing housing 5b is molded integrally at least one point on one surface side of a printed board 4 mounting a sensor magnet 9 and a driving circuit part. A rotor 8 comprising a permanent magnet is then inserted into the stator and the resin molded driving circuit is abutted on the stator and secured thereto thus forming a brushless motor. According to the constitution, combination of the driving circuit board, the stator core and the winding can be modified easily while furthermore material cost and process can be reduced. |
