<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody capable of specifically recognizing Lewis X hapten and having immunoglobulin class being IgG. USE:A therapeutic agent for malignant tumor. PREPARATION:For example, Lewis X glucolipid is administered into adbormal cavity of a Balb/c mouse to immunize the mouse and after final immunity, a spleen cell is collected and blended with a mouse myeloma cell fusion is carried out using 50% polyethylene glycol and then the fused cell is cultured in a HAT culture medium to provide the hydridoma. Then the hydridoma is screened by an enzymatic immune measuring method, etc., to select a clone capable of producing an antibody specific to Lewis X glucolipid and the positive clone is subjected to cloning using a limiting dilution analysis, etc., to afford a monocloning hydridoma and then the monocloning hydridoma is cultured to provide the monoclonal antibody capable of specifically recognizing Lewis X hapten.</p> |
