<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title transformer whose noise disturbance is small, whose leakage flux is low, whose high-frequency loss is small and which can comply with an ultrathin shape by a method wherein a primary winding and a secondary winding which have been divided into two are wound on a magnetic leg on one side and a residual primary winding and a residual secondary winding are wound on a magnetic leg on the other side. CONSTITUTION:A winding is divided into two coil bobbins 12a, 12b; also magnetic gaps 16a, 16b are divided. As a result, primary windings 13a, 13b and secondary windings 14a, 14b are coupled well, a high-frequency loss is reduced, the diameter of the windings is made slender, the thickness of the windings is made thin and the thickness of magnetic cores 11 is made thin. As a result, an ultrathin shape is achieved. The windings are executed to all the magnetic gap parts 16a, 16b and the windings are divided into both magnetic legs 11a, 11b, and the thickness of a common magnetic leg 11c at their coupling part is made larger than the thickness of both magnetic legs 11a, 11b. As a result. a magnetic path can be formed also in a part which is larger than the thickness of the magnetic legs at the coupling part of the magnetic legs, and a low leakage flux can be achieved. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the title transformer whose noise disturbance to other magnetic parts can be reduced, whose leakage flux is low, whose high-frequency loss is small and which can comply with an ultrathin shape.</p> |
