EXAMPLE:1'-[3-(10,11-Dihydro-5H-dibenzo[b,f]azepine-5yl)propyl]-1,2,3, 5,6,7,8, 8a,- octahydro-2-oxoimidazo [1,2-a]pyridine-3-sypiro-4'piperidine. USE:An antipsychotic agent. Having stronger action than chloropromazine and weaker side effects. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula R-A-X(X is Br, Cl, etc.) is reacted with a novel compound shown by the formula IV in an inert solvent to give the tiled compound shown by the formula I. |
