PURPOSE:To enable the concentrated monitor and regulation of each satellite communication ground station at low cost by transmitting the monitor data of communication equipments at the satellite communication ground station through a public communication network to a monitor station after converting the data to facsimile character data signals. CONSTITUTION:For example, when abnormality such as out-of-reception synchronism is generated at a communication equipment 112, a state monitor part 114 detects the abnormality, generates the monitor data and outputs it to a data conversion part 115. While referring to a ROM table, the data conversion part 115 converts the monitor data to character patterns and transmits them to a data transmission part 116 as the facsimile character data signals. Corresponding to the dial number data of the monitor station, the data transmission part 116 transmits the above-mentioned data signals through a public communication network 30 to a relevant monitor station 40. At the monitor station 40, the above-mentioned signals are received by a facsimile equipment 401 day and night. Thus, the conditions of generating abnormality at respective satellite communication ground stations 11, 12-1n can be recorded. |
