PURPOSE:To correctly recognize an object to be recovered and to effectively execute an accident recovering operation of a power distribution line by reading a power transmission facility information before interruption of an accident power distribution line from storage areas corresponding to individual accidents. CONSTITUTION:Monitor control information is sent, for example, to a trunk line switch 142 and a relative switch 143 of a power distribution line 104 by repeating a host system 102 and a host line 103, they are operated, and the line 104 is recovered. In this case, a recovery controller 115 can read and use information of power transmission facility before power interruption stored together with various items of accident information in a memory 111. An object to be recovered is correctly recognized, and the accident recovering operation of the power distribution line can be effectively executed. |
