<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of pin terminals and to make the title rotary transformer more small-sized by a method wherein a metal holding body is wired so as to become one terminal for a winding coil which has been wound on a winding groove in a magnetic material and a winding operation is performed to the winding groove in each magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:An inside coil 14 and an outside foil 17 are wound on opposite winding grooves 13, 16 ; short rings 18 of only the prescribed number are installed between the winding grooves 13 in an inside magnetic material 12. The inside coil 14 is constituted in such a way that it is wired by a terminal pin 20 at an inside terminal plate 19 attached to the inside magnetic material 12 and by an inside metal holding body 23. In the same manner, the outside coil 17 is constituted in such a way that it is wired by a terminal pin 22 at an external terminal 21 attached to an outside magnetic material 15 and by an outside metal holding body 24. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a rotary transformer in which the number of pin terminals is small, which is small-sized and whose characteristic is excellent.</p> |
