摘要 The method is applied in the food industry. It is used to produce a co-immobilised form of symbiotic yeasts, allowing their multiple use with well-kept stable qualities. By this method, cell suspension of the respective yeast is mixed with 1-4 percent solution of sodium alginate in a proportion of 1:1 up to 1:1.5; after that the mixture is dropped in 0.2-0.5 M calcium dichloride to form the granules.
