The installation can be mounted next to boilers, furnaces, dryers, etc., used in the power and chemical industry. It has a higher utilization efficiency. It includes a contact heat exchanger-utilizer (2), connected to a hot flue gas source (1), and a contact heat exchanger-air heater (3), in the outlet channel of which is mounted a heat-exchange surface (10), the heating part of which is connected from its outlet to the inlet of the showered tube bundle (11) in the air heater (3). In the inlet channel of the contact heat exchanger- utilizer (2) is located a recuperator (9). Its inlet is connected to the outlet of the showered tube bundle (6) in the utilizer (2), and its outlet is connected to the inlet of the heating part of the heat-exchange surface (10). The inlet and the outlet channel of the air heater (3) form an angle, opening upwards.
