<p>PURPOSE:To lessen an irregularity in the resistance value of a resistor, to increase the high-voltage pulse proofness and to obtain a resistor having a smooth surface by a method wherein high-purity composite powder, whose components are homogeneous and whose particle diameters are even, is made to disperse into organic vehicles. CONSTITUTION:The mixed powder consisting of glass powder and conductive powder is heated in a high-temperature air flow, is formed into a globular form by fusing of the glass powder, is cooled and is made to disperse into organic vehicles. Accordingly, the glass powder and the conductive powder are integrally formed by heating and fusing the fine mixed powder consisting of the glass powder and the conductive powder, and composite powder, in which a conductive component and a glass component are homogeneously dispersed, is obtained.</p> |
