PURPOSE:To shorten the loading time by simultaneously transferring a file to two slave devices from the next file read-in position in the case that transfer of a file to one slave device is requested during transfer of this file from a master device to another slave device. CONSTITUTION:If transfer of the file to one slave device 4 is requested during transfer of this file from a master device 1 to another slave device 3, the next file read-in position from which the file should be transferred from the master device 1 to the slave device 3 is stored as the file read-in start position in the area where the file read-in start position should be stored in the header part of a memory in the slave device 4 by the master device 1. The file is simultaneously transferred to two slave devices 3 and 4 from the file read-in start position up to the end, and thereafter, the file is transferred to the slave device 4 up to the position just preceding the file read-in start position stored in the area of the header part. Thus, the time of loading to slave devices 3 and 4 is shortened.
