PURPOSE:To easily confirm the uniformity of the attribute of a document by storing document data while the data are made to correspond to attribute information, extracting the document data with correspondence to the attribute information, and displaying the document and attribute in relation with each other. CONSTITUTION:When a character kind such as KANA (Japanese syllabary) and KANJI (Chinese character) is inputted, the document data are generated according to the character kind data. When the attribute information is further inputted, the document data are stored in a memory while made correspond to the attribute information. The prepared document data are displayed on a display screen. If a document is specified from an input device and an attribute confirmation indication is made while the document is displayed on the screen, the specified document data are read out of the memory while made to correspond to the attribute information and transferred to a display device. Thus, the document and attribute are displayed in relation in a display window 23 on the screen 21. Consequently, an operator can confirm what attribute is given to the document at a time. |
