NEGATIVELY CHARGEABLE ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC CYAN TONER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp distribution of a toner charge amount by using a copper phthalocyanine type pigment as a colorant and incorporating an auxiliary charge controller incompatible with the fixing resin but dispersible in it and having a charge controlling action in polarity reverse to the negatively chargeable charge controller in the toner. CONSTITUTION:The toner contains the copper phthalocyanine type pigment as the colorant and the auxiliary charge controller incompatible with the fixing resin but dispersible in it and having a charge controlling action in polarity reverse to the negatively chargeable charge controller in combination with this charge controller, thus permitting the obtained toner to be adjusted to a favorable toner charge amount and to obtain a sharp charge distribution, and restrained from being denatured by impact and heat even during continuous stirring operations by using the copper phthalocyanine type pigment as the colorant and reduced in variation of the charge amount distribution.
