A gear train, shiftable under load, has two friction clutches (2, 3), actuatable by a pressure medium and combined to form one standard unit (1), each for a power branch. One (2) of the two friction clutches (2, 3) can be engaged by spring force (9) and a cylinder (12, 13), to which the pressure medium can be admitted, is assigned to each of the two friction clutches (2, 3). In this pressure medium can be admitted to or discharged from both cylinders (12, 13) simultaneously by means of valves (19, 20). In order to obviate the need for a separate separating clutch whilst keeping the design as simple as possible and minimising the technical cost, one (20) of the two valves (19, 20) is provided solely for the admission of pressure medium to that cylinder (12) which is assigned to the friction clutch (2) engageable by the spring force. <IMAGE> |
