<p>Device comprising a main memory (10) and a buffer memory (11). The information resulting from an examination performed by means of a line scan, and each line, labelled by a number, is written into buffer memory. The latter is emptied into the main memory before the arrival of the next line. The main memory operates in write and read mode either alternatively or simultaneously, the rate of reading being higher than the rate of writing.
