The disposable baking tray for dough and semi-finished confectionery is of non-metallic material. Its bottom contains perforations preventing the passage of the dough, but allowing that of its volatile ingredients. These also increase heat-conductivity. The bottom can also contain trough-shaped channels open to the underside, while the perforations can consist of slits enclosed by collars.
