PURPOSE:To save energy and improve comfort throughout the four seasons by providing a ventilating device utilizing cool or warm air in the attic with a heat exchanging chamber under the floor which is connected both to the outdoor and indoor so that the ceiling space may be connected to the outdoor via a vent pipe passing through the heat exchanging chamber to which the attic is connected. CONSTITUTION:During the winter season, a vent opening 17 is closed, and a duct 18 opened by a shutter 19, and an air venting fan 12 is operated with the outdoor air intake to the ceiling closed. Then, the air near the ceiling which has been warmed by the indoor space heating is vented outdoors through an indoor vent opening 10 and a vent pipe 9. The indoor space is, then, decompressed to allow the induction of outside air from an outside air inlet 5, and the outside air taken in from an air supply opening in the eaves and the air in the attic 20 is supplied to a heat exchanging chamber 3 through a roof ridge duct 15 and the connecting duct 18 where the air exchanges heat in a heat exchanging part 9a of the vent pipe 9 to be delivered into the indoor space 8 after being warmed. The device is similarly operated in the summer season. By this constitution, the energy can be saved, and the comfortableness can be improved. |
