PURPOSE:To forecast the life of devices, to make earlier countermeasure and to prevent failure due to failure of device, by giving alarm and retrieving and displaying the corresponding countermeasure among the countermeasure stored by devices, causes and phenomena in advance, if the tendency of increase in failure rate is found. CONSTITUTION:The device failure data input to a comparator 4 is collated with the device failure data recorded in advance in the failure pattern recorder 3 with the failure pattern comparator 7 assembled in the comparator 4. Further, inputted device failure data are added to the number of device failures per period which are already recorded in the device 3 by an integrator 8. The data input with the failure production number comparator 9 is added and the number of device failures is compared with the number of failures per past period. As a result, if the failure rate is increased, the alarm 10 is output and the suitable countermeasure is retrieved and displayed from the countermeasures recorded by devices, caused and phenomena in advance. |
