PURPOSE:To manufacture a metal coating steel having good bending workability and surface characteristic by heating the thermal-spraying coating steel to the specific temp. after cold-working, applying hot-working and forming the metal coating layer having the specific thickness on the steel surface. CONSTITUTION:To the thermal-spraying coating steel having the thermal- spraying coated layer of single layer or laminated layer metal having electrochemically baser than the steel, the cold-working is beforehand applied. Thereafter, the treated coating steel is heated at 850 deg.C to the m.p. or lower of terminal-splaying metal and the hot-working is applied. In such a manner, the metal coating layer formed with the single layer having >=20mum thickness or the laminated layers of substrate layer having <=20mum thickness and upper layer having >=10mum thickness is made on the steel surface. |
