<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to correspond to a large number of sorts and production in small quantities at a low cost and to facilitate assembly by connecting a shell surface of a body different from a lock device to the lock device equipped with a spring member, lock member and sliding member as a unit through a tightening means to constitute a lock body. CONSTITUTION:A spring member 19 sprung up a latch 3, a lock member 22 and a sliding member 23 having the latch inserted into an insertion-hole 4 of the latch 3 are provided to a base-plate 12, and a lock device 5 fitting a case 13 provided with three window-holes therein is connected to a shell surface 6 covering the upper surface off the lock device with a tightening means 11 to form a body 1. The insertion hole 4 of the latch 3 of a stopping piece 2 is engaged with the latch of the lock body 1 to make it possible to set a lock, and a proper design is made on the shell surface 6 of a body different from the lock device 5 in correspondence with a design of a bag to provide.
