<p>PURPOSE:To improve the extent of reliability in doing a conditional judgment in an automatic manner by evaluating a degree of necessity for draining at a time when trouble has occurred in a draining pump system, and on the basis of the evaluation, determining the continuation or stoppage of operation for a drainage pump related to the trouble. CONSTITUTION:When trouble has occurred in a drainage pump system being composed of comprising a drainage pump 53 draining waste water flowing into a suction sump 52 to a river or the like, a degree of necessity for draining is evaluated, and on the basis of the evaluation, the drainage pump system is constituted so as to determine the condition of continuation or stoppage of operation for the drainage pump 53 related to the trouble. Thus, since evaluation takes place in making the draining necessity degree a criterion, any experience, etc., of an operator is in no case required, and such draining preferential operation that is rational and high in reliability is made achievable. As for this drain necessity, the presence of a spare machine is natually taken into account. In addition, a requisite displacement predictor on a secular change in inflow displacement flowing into the drainage pump is found out on the basis of prediction, and if the drainage necessity is evaluated with this predictor as a criterion, reliability is yet more improved.</p> |
