<p>PURPOSE:To enhance safety of a control device for runaway, etc., by moving a rear wheel operating rod so that its moving amount lessens more than the moving amount performed by an operating shaft or it turns in the opposite direction through a translator by means of controlling a servo motor in response to the vehicle running state. CONSTITUTION:When front wheels are steered by a steering handle rightward, for example, an interlocking shaft 31 is rotated in the counter-clockwise rotation direction, and an operating shaft 37 is also rotated in the same direction, and rear wheels 29 are steered in a reverse phase to front wheels 19 at the time of low speed running, then, when judged it is the time of high speed running by a control device 56 whereto a front wheel rudder angle sensor 57 and a car speed sensor 58 are connected, a servo motor 55 is rotated to rapidly rotate an intermediate member 38 in response to a front wheel rudder angle so that a rear wheel operating rod 25 moves in the direction reverse to the moving direction by the rotation of the operating shaft 37 at that time by the action of a second translator M2 while the rotating angle of the interlocking shaft 31 is not more than a specified value, thereby the rear wheels 29 are steered in an in-phase with the front wheels 19 until the rudder angle of the front wheels 19 reaches the specified value, and in a reverse phase after that.</p> |
